Valoir’s survey of Salesforce Trailhead users found 77 percent would strongly recommend the platform in general, and 77 percent would recommend it to learn AI skills.

Salesforce Trailhead continues to help individual users transform and grow their careers, with 72 percent reporting it had helped them make a career change and 60 percent reporting it had helped them get a promotion or raise.

Trailhead is helping organizations gain more value from their Salesforce investment, with 68 percent reporting it has helped them improve org health, 86 percent reporting it has increased Salesforce user productivity, and 76 percent reporting it has helped them increase the ROI from Salesforce.
