Is HR ready for AI?

Valoir found that organizations are accelerating their use of AI, with the majority of companies either already using it for HR activities such as recruiting, learning, and talent management or planning to do so in the next 24 months. However, many still lack the policies, practices, and training to safely and effectively adopt AI. Only 34 percent of organizations have a policy on the use of generative AI, and even fewer have effective training in place. This disconnect suggests that HR has some catching up to do to ensure that adoption is accompanied by policies, guidance, and training to ensure organizations maximize AI benefit while minimizing risks in HR and beyond.
