Skills and the AI-enabled workforce

Valoir’s Spring 2025 survey of HR leaders found that only 10 percent of organizations can optimize skills for future needs, and only 3 percent believe they are leaders in skills transformation. Organizations that can identify and manage workforce skills are best positioned to take advantage of the benefits of AI and automation.
